Era Studio Image is not a company but a professional project shared by two independent professionals, who process data as joint controllers under Article 26 of the GDPR.

What data we collect

Browsing dataIP address, browser and device type, pages visited, collected automatically by the Squarespace platform.
Data you send usName, email address and message content, when you fill in the contact form or email us.

Replying to your requests and preparing quotesPre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Managing any professional relationship, including invoicingPerformance of a contract and legal obligations (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c).

Who may receive the data

SquarespaceSquarespace Ireland Ltd. and Squarespace Inc., which host the website and the contact form, acting as data processors.
MicrosoftMicrosoft Ireland Operations Ltd., which provides the Outlook / Microsoft 365 email service, acting as data processor for email management.

Your data is never made public or sold.

Transfers outside the EU

Some providers, such as Squarespace Inc., may process data in the United States. In these cases, transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses).

Your rights

At any time you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Articles 15-22 GDPR), by writing to info@erastudioimage.com. You can contact either of the two joint controllers.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
